Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.
Also included in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional images made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
